Safety and Parking

Just a reminder to obey the speed 5 MPH limit.

We have been notified by the Cherry Hill police that cars may NOT double park. This is a violation and you will be ticketed. It is also a safety issue when backing up to leave the complex. We have children through out the complex and it is a safety hazard with the children running between cars. Please obey the rules and lets keep the CHA complex a safe one.

Due to the Cherry Hill Township Health Department no pets are allowed on or around the CHA complex. Please observe the health code and leave your pets at home.
